DEJVICE STUDENT VILLAGE

The aim of the thesis is to design a city block within the newly designed student town in Prague 6 - Dejvice. Individual houses in the block are diverse, there are multifunctional student dormitories with social spaces and sports facilities, starting housing and classic apartment buildings. Emphasis is placed on public and semi-private spaces, including the courtyard, which allow interaction between different social groups and thus stimulate new processes.
