On a long plot of land from the Špejchar junction to the exit from the Blanka tunnel, which is situated on Letná between the Prague - Kladno railway line and Milady Horáková Street, there are designed 5 solitary houses for business and administrative purposes. The ground floor of all objects is conceived as freely walkable. The remaining floors are office spaces surrounding the communications core with sanitary facilities.
