The barchelor thesis is about revitalisation of the unused and empty public space between the apartments, a retirement house and a kindergarten in the South Town. The aim of the proposal is to create a representative and user-friendly multifunctional space that will be accessible to several generations and will support their convergence. The aim of the work is to complete the study to the level of the documentation for construction management and constructing implementation.
