ZOO PLZEŇ / GIRAFFE PAVILION

Annotation
The proposal deals with a new part of the Pilsen Zoo, which also includes a giraffe pavilion and a restaurant. The pavilion building acts as a filter between the city and the newly established part of Pilsen Zoo. The pavilion consists of wooden supporting structure and a glass envelope. The restaurant offers panoramic views of the enclosures and a minimalist design made of lightweight concrete.
