Trojmezí - City and Orchard

Trojmezí - undeveloped area in Prague stretches around boroughs of Prague 10, 11, 15. It is surrounded by housing estates of Chodovec, Spořilov, Práče and Hostivař. Partially interferes with natural park Hostivař and Záběhlice. Located in the floodplain of Botič spruit,where natural monument, Botič Meandres, could be found. Trojmezí - missing part of the mosaic of the city or nature? Solution concept is based on linking existing buildings with newly inserted structure and creating a new center - the "new district",respecting landscape elements, that are determining this area.
