Adaptive parking house is a chameleon house. It is a house that is able to change its function in time. Parking house helps to solve parking troubles in the city centre, near the hospital and university complex, caused by absences of parking places in Prague. The house is expecting an urban changes of the area. Therefore it is designed so, that it can be easily changed into another situation. Inside the house, there is a steel structure, called "filler", that is removable. Rest of the house is created by the reinforced concrete, that is ready for finishing building in another way, f. ex. student dormitory, flats, studios or offices.
