Most is located in northwestern Bohemia and is the second largest city in the Ústí region with area od 86.94 km2 and with 65,000 inhabitants. The structure and development of the existing center does not correspond to the density and signifikance of the given place. The design of the new city center responds to the main road of Budovatelů and relocation of bus stops opposite the city hall creates a dignifield entrance. From here, a regular grid of axes develops, which divides the area into individual blocks. The horizontal axes connect the road of Budovatelů with the Šibeník park by a green route. The vertical axes form residential streets with a lively parterre. The area is closed by residential buildings facing the main facade towards the Šibeník park.
