Druhá kůže competition, the jury awarded five awards, four honorable mentions and one special recognition

At this year's Druhá kůže competition, the jury decided to distribute the prizes in an unusual way. Instead of first, second and third place, the jury awarded five prizes without ranking. The reason was the balanced quality of projects, none of which stood out significantly. The jury also awarded four proposals with honorable mentions and one project with special recognition.

The jury awarded a prize and a cash prize of CZK 2,000 to the following projects:

Special recognition

The jury awarded speacial recogniton to project No. 14 – Sabina Martinakova, Parallel - Residential Memorial, Studio Kordík, for unusual grip of the task, for trying to reconcile the incompatible, for reminding something that we may not even want to remember, but we need it to straighten the back. And practically: the layout of large apartments are beautiful, for short-term accommodation or somewhat barracks atmosphere of the courtyard does not matter.
