Sign up your student project for the 29th Urban Design Award

Applications can be submitted via the web form together with a print-ready A3 portfolio (PDF format, max. 15 pages + title page, 300 dpi). Minimum scope of the work: scheme of the design or design principles including analytical part, relevant situations, spatial documentation (perspectives, axonometry).

Due to the extended range of co-organising schools, it is necessary to fill in the application form including an annotation of the project in English. The language of the portfolio is not specified, but it should be borne in mind that it will be evaluated by an international jury.

Competition prizes:

1. prize– 600 EUR
2. prize – 350 EUR
3. prize– 250 EUR

Award – 360 EUR

Deadline for submission of application together with the project: 4. 3. 2024

Not only the Department of Spatial Planning of the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU, but also the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the CTU and the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology, the Faculty of Architecture of the STU in Bratislava, the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology in Wrocław, the Faculty of Architecture of the PG Gdańsk and the Faculty of Architecture of the BME Budapest are involved in the organisation of the competition.
