Multifunctional Buildings, Zákupy

The project consists of three buildings located in the center of Zákupy. Two three-story objects serve as residential buildings with active ground floors integrating retail spaces, offices, and a café. The standard floors feature 1+kk and 2+kk apartments, while the top floors house duplex units. The four-story building facing náměstí Svobody is designed as an elementary art school with flexible spaces, allowing the facility to be used for both educational and cultural activities. The architectural concept reflects the historical context through a unified composition and material. A spacious courtyard provides zones for play and social activities, supporting community life and creating a pleasant environment.
