ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE - SUCHÉ VRBNÉ: BETWEEN THE RAILWAY AND THE HIGHWAY

Suché Vrbné is an urban district of České Budějovice, which is separated from the city centre by a railway barrier and from the countryside by a motorway barrier. However, these transport routes also bring with them great development potential, supported by a favourable situation in the context of the city and a number of development areas. The aim of this thesis is to propose a comprehensive urban study incorporating various strategies towards future sustainable development.
