CONCEPT OF CEMETERIES FOR THE CITY OF TÁBOR

The goal of the project was to propose a concept of cemeteries for the city of Tábor based on research and analyses, primarily with an emphasis on developing a stronger connection of the cemeteries to the public space and life of the city. The work is exploring how to support the everyday use without compromising on the reverent character of these final resting places. The outcome is a space that combines the functions of a cemetery with the functions of a park.
