LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR VĚTRUŠICE COMMUNITY

The thesis deals with the design of a landscape plan for the cadastral area of the Větrušice municipality in the Central Bohemia Region. In the context of ongoing suburbanization and climate change, it seeks solutions to strengthen the ecological stability of the landscape, its permeability and recreational usability. Based on a detailed analysis of the natural, historical and social conditions of the area, it formulates a long-term vision of landscape development that reflects the needs of the inhabitants and environmental limits. The result is a conceptual design that promotes sustainable development and establishes a relationship between the landscape and the local community.
