Medical Tourism-Clinic of Václav Havel Airport

The subject of bachelor thesis is a building of the clinic in the south-eastern part of Václav Havel Airport in Prague. The building uses a U-shaped or C-shaped plan that allows the atrium of the building to open to the park. That creates a better environment for employees and clients and at the same time – it makes a shield against automobile traffic. The perimeter of the building is filled with individual doctors’ surgeries and waiting rooms. Each above – ground floor has its own reception. On each floor there is one department of medical specialization. On the ground floor, there is reception, restaurant and pharmacy. Underground floors are used for garages.
