HOW TO REGISTER

 

Step one

Create a profile on Indico:

If you attended the AESOP Istanbul Congress 2025, please use the same profile.

 

Step two

Submit your extended abstract here:

https://congress.aesop-planning.eu/event/2/abstracts/

 

Please follow the extended abstract inctructions carefuly:

The extended abstract must be between 1,000 and 2,000 words in length.

The extended abstract must be structured into the following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, References.

Do not include any numbered titles or lists (e.g. 1. Introduction, 1.1 Background, 1.2 Literature, ...). All section headings and lists should be unnumbered and presented as plain text.

References must be included. The full list of references must be provided in the references field only – do not include the reference list within the body of the extended abstract.

References must follow APA formatting guidelines.

All graphics must be numbered and submitted in JPG or PNG format (e.g. "picture_1.jpg"). Each image must be referred to in the text using a numerical citation (e.g. "[picture_1]").

All tables must be numbered and submitted in XLS or XLSX format (e.g. "table_1.xlsx"). Each table must be cited in the text using a numerical reference (e.g. "[table_1]").

 

 

Note

Multiple authors may contribute to an extended abstract; however, tandems comprising a junior and senior researcher (e.g. a PhD student and their supervisor, or a postdoctoral researcher and a senior professor) are not permitted.
