"Cities within the City" - Mixed Used Apartment Building, Světova Street, Lower Libeň, Prague 8

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a mixed-use apartment building located in Prague 8 Lower Libeň, in a vacant lot on Světova Street. The project responds to the diverse character of the surrounding development through stepped massing that creates residential terraces facing the courtyard. The building combines 34 residential units, a café, offices, and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
