Annotation
The diploma thesis topic is rental apartment building on the given plot, vacat lot between Továrenská and Hviezdoslavova street in Košice (SR). Incorporation of the proposal into the context and urban heritage site (MPR) of the Old Town. The main content of the building is rental apartments and a minority of apartments are for sale. The theme responds to today's housing standard and its lack in the historic city center. Searching for a harmony between typical characteristics of MPR and modern housing requirements.
