Urban harvest is the main idea of a thinking process based on the environmental education. The long research on how a farm can be organised and can work was the first step of the process that made us aware on all the methods that today can be used for planting. All the project works like a connected machine based on: the research into new ways of planting and focused on improving the practice itself; the planting of different types of plants to study their behaviour in different periods of the year and different places; the harvesting of the plants grown and the products selling in the coffe shop. To not forget the importance of the main function of the bridge satisfied in the plan with some lecture and conference rooms for schools, kids, adults, students and scientific dissemination.
