The assuring correct position for public and as well for businesses, EU enacted laws and directives called EIA - Environmental Impact Assessment. Definition of EIA is "to identify, predict and to describe in appropriate terms the positive and negative aspects of a development on the natural environment, the social environment and man's health". The EIA brought rules but also many requirements and new task for applicants. The companies have to be prepared and have sufficient educated personnel to apply and pass out EIA. The most efficient tool, except the technical and ecological knowledge of new experts, is communication and emphatic analysis of public needs.
