Ochutnávka Slavonic: Vinařství, vinice a restaurace

This project of a sustainable winery in the South of Czech Republic, near the city of Slavonice is a problematic of space scale, wine production elements and visitor experience. It is a trial to merge an agricultural production with a surrounding landscape working with people and terrain. The design is made of rammed earth blocks creating a sense of space around a core platform which is dedicated to the production of wine. This project is a proposal at solving some sustainable issues in the production of wine (using gravity flow system) and in the architectural design (using biobased materials and function dependencies).
