The aim of the experiment was to evaluate the mechanical properties obtained from the three-point bending of rat femurs depending on the medication administered. The evaluated parameters were bending strength, external stiffness, and deformation energy. The differences between the treatment of PNNI or PNNI wash out effect were always compared against the control group (i.e. without medication). Statistically significant differences were demonstrated only for one parameter.
