A method for quality inspection of laser cleaned stone surfaces of historical buildings was developed. The method is based on analysis of the reconstructed surface topography of studied surface. The surface reconstruction employs methods of shape-from-shading and photometric stereo to obtain 3D data from sequence of digital images.
