Labor productivity in construction has stagnated for many years and innovation has been implemented very slowly. Today, the construction industry is facing digital transformation. The purpose is to reduce the cost of the entire project life cycle and improve information sharing capabilities. In some cases, digital technologies show us advantages from the initial conceptual design to the final stage of construction. By using these technologies properly, we can reduce the cost of the entire life cycle of a structure. One of these relatively young technologies is UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). They are models of aircraft that are able to fly without a pilot and passengers on board. The drones are therefore controlled remotely by radio waves or autonomously according to a prescribed route.
